On 17th of May 2012, it will be held in Gorizia (Italy) the final event of the SEPA project.

The project SEPA has started in 2009 and has involved eight territories of the South East Europe area: Italy, Hungary, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Serbia. The partnership has been working together since the beginning by pursuing the common objective of improving the socio-environmental impact of the industrial areas through the outline and test of innovative management models and eco-friendly investments.

The final conference of the SEPA project will be the occasion of learning about EU policies and instruments dedicated to innovative competitiveness concepts, about national and regional policies supporting new models of management of industrial areas, about opportunities and instruments for eco-friendly enterprises. Beyond this, the final conference of SEPA will clearly show that concrete actions can be taken for improving the impact of productive activities on the areas they are located in. Such actions are able to impact on environment, society and on the competitiveness of enterprises at the same time by improving the operational framework conditions of all these components.
